To download some newsgroups or their content from USENET you need to use outlook express or a news reader.

Otherwise to configure Outlook Express do the following :

Open Outlook Express then click on the "tools" menu
Choose "account",
in the opened box click" add" and select "news"
Enter your name or nickname then click on "next"
Enter your email then click on "next"
Enter our server name "news.usenetfast.com" then click on "next" or "apply"

When this is done in the dialog box select the news account you just added and click on "properties"
In the server tag check "this server requires me to logon"
then add the username and password we provided you.
click "apply" , "ok" , "close"
That's it it will ask you if you want to download the newsgroups, click ok
Your news account is added...
